So the other day me and haley had a little talk about peyton coming soon. It really cool because she can feel the baby move and she knows more now then she did when i was prego with maddy. but anyway... i was telling her "soon peyton is going to come out of mommys tummy" and she said " dont be silly mommy, baby comes out of you bottom!!" o my... i about died. she caught a glips of a baby story on TLC!! lol the things they say

Today haley attended her first dance class at The academy of dance. She had so much fun prancing around with all the other little girls. I really hope she likes doing this because i sure do love it! its so girly and it has always been a dream of mine to dance but i never got the opportunity so heres hoping i can live my dream through her. It was the funniest thing watching her though. The big mirror in the room was nothing more then a distraction. she had a hard time listening to the teacher because she would go off into lala land and start free style dancing! FUNNY! Its great having girls. And another perk to this is i get to meet new people . all the other moms are great and really interested in meeting new people too. Haley really loves having girl friends for the first time ever!

Now don't get me wrong. i loved having my mom here for the holidays but o my heavens it was a zoo around here. for some reason Haley wasn't listening to me. I'm guessing its because she could run to grandma and she would make it all better! Madeline wasn't sleeping good. i was always grouchy. I probably cooked dinner a whopping 5 times in two months! Yea things were crazy. But now that she is gone things are running so smooth. I never thought i would be one of those moms on a strict routine but i am now and love it. Everything is planned out. From sun up to sun down and I've noticed that the kids are well behaved now. They are in bed by 8 without a fight and it is pure bliss. i encourage anyone who isn't on a good routine...... do it! my life is running smooth again...... besides that...... we got new furniture! YAY its really nice to have something we picked out and not all of Jason's moms hand me downs. (I'm not complaining by a long shot. it was good starter furniture!) But its really nice. now I'm really crazy about keeping things clean!

new year

Another year has come and gone so fast. we had a blast this christmas. my family was able to come visit and the kids had so much fun. mom is leaving tomorrow and im not looking forward to it. Im going to miss her but the hardest part will be explaining to haley why grandma isnt here any more. she is so close to her. It will be nice however to get back on a real routine. its been so chaotic . No naps half the time. Going to bed at 11. Its been unreal. This is going to be such a busy year. Haley starts dance this month. Then preschool is this year too. We will be adding a new baby to the stobaugh house. Its going to be very exciting.

am i done yet

counting down the days till i have peyton. I have a long way to go but i HATE being pregnant. i wish i could be one of those women who just love the whole experience , but me..... i hate it from the start to finish. I just want to have my baby in my arms now and stop feeling all these aches and pains! im such a grump! After i had madeline i was on a really good routine and lost a lot of weight and im so excited to wear cute cloths again! oh hurry and get here peyton( the picture is lame but it shows what my bellly looks like so far)

am i crazy or is it just jason

This is really random but last night haley fell fast asleep on the couch with out me having a chance to brush her teeth. Its happened before so i just get the safe to swallow tooth paste and do it while she is asleep. I tried to do it last night and jason was like "nooooo let the poor girl sleep". I argued my case for a while but in the end he talked me out of it....... untill he got in the shower! I just had to do it! I thought of all that she ate that day and it was eating away at me as fast as the sugar was eating at her teeth! Am i crazy or is it just jason?

making memories

AHH !.... the Christmas season is finally here and we are so excited. I want to rush out to the stores and buy 100 gifts that i know my kids wont pay any mind to but there is something magical about opening gifts on Christmas morning. so i decided instead of buying a ton of presents i will fill the season with memories and traditions. Our first tradition we came up with is to put the Christmas tree up the night of thanksgiving. Second we decided to pick out a special ornament for the tree. And since ive been baking more and more theses days we love to bake together. Haley always gets caught with her fingers in the bowl but its just the kid in her. I mean what kid doesnt like to lick the spoon. I am just so happy to have a beautiful family that i can make these beautiful memories with. Before i know it they will be grown and i want them to remember the traditions and fun we had because i know they wont remember the gifts
