I cant believe how fast two years went by. She is two going on 10. She has a mind of her own and is very strong willed. She is loving and kind, And i love her so. Happy birthday maddy doodle.

Just to let you know, this months blog entries will likely be all about things we are doing to celebrate Christmas. If its super annoying i understand completely! lol Any who, last weekend we went to the parade as we have done for the last two Christmases that we have lived here in GA. I guess you can call it a tradition. We had much fun sitting out there in the cold yelling merry Christmas to all the local beauty queens and businesses. Maddy wanted to run out into the street right along with them on a few occasions and haley sat still on her blanket making sure everyone saw her wave. Then we were off to Bojangles for some breakfast. YUM... What a fun day.

I'm pretty sure the girl has glitter in her veins. She turned the classic "jingle bells" into "Tinkerbell". Tinker bell , Tinker bell tinker all the way.......lalalalalaalala..... she doesn't know all the words but its still so cute.

Jason had me pick up a santa suit for the christmas party at his work. so when i got home i made sure that everything was in the box and i just couldnt resist putting it on. It was the hottest .. itchiest thing ive ever worn but the look on haleys face when i walked in her room was priceless. She was stunned silly. I couldnt help but laugh and that blew my cover. we had a lot of fun playing santa for a few minutes but i feel sorry for the person who has to wear that thing for a few hours.

Tonight i went in the bathroom to wash my face before bed. And i washed my face with gel. Thats right.... hair gel. It was sitting right next to my face wash and the bottles look similar. I put it im my hand, put my hand under the water to lather then put it on my face. And thats when i realized......ooppss. I didnt think i was that tired.

Haley had so much fun doing gingerbread ornaments. I couldnt stress it enough that they weren't edible. Jason walks in the house and almost ate one. Maddy was pushing chairs up to the counter shouting "COOKIE". They do smell delightful i must say. Thanks Carrie for the 411 on how to make em. We are going to give them as gifts to our family.

We also had some fun with food and had "ants on a log". Super messy but they really enjoyed this healthy treat. I remember doing it when i was a kid. I didnt think they would eat it though, But they sure did put a hurtin on em.

my goodness its not easy getting three kids to look at the camera at once. I got some ok photos tho. They were trying to make me nutz before hand. I know it. First maddy pulled her hair bow out. Then peyton spit up on her outfit. Then maddy got into haleys left over cereal and got it all over her. They were out to get me but i still came out on top! They are darling little girls if i say so myself. Maybe one day ill actually learn how to use my advanced camera . Until then you get regular ole snap shots.

A little about the past week

Im really bummed that i didnt get more pictures of our thanksgiving . We had a great one. Jasons sister and her three kids came to share the day with us. It was a crowded house with six kids and three adults under one roof but it was a lot of fun. The more the merrier to me. Our meal was so yummy i probably ate three days worth of calories but its all good. Haley and maddy could care less about the food but Peyton was messin some sweet potatoes and bread up. What a champ. ........ I woke up rather early to go get the black friday newspaper and many places were sold out. Walgreens was on the ball because they had like 50 left. So my sister in law and I were mapping out our plan of attack. First... Kohls.. then... walmart.... then toys r us.... then target....then home. It was so much fun but holy cow ive never seen so many people in one store. Let me remind you it was 3 in the morning! Im surprised i was even able to function seeing as how i went to bed at 1 in the morning. Im still recovering. All in all it was a great week. . Anywho i should be back to blogging on a regular basis now that company has left.
