27 dresses

This is such a good movie. I went out and bought it yesterday because ive been wanting this one for a long time. Since its impossible to get to the movie theater i had to wait till it came out on DVD. Although i had three screaming children running around the house i still enjoyed it. It was a nice time for me to have "me time". Like i said before, bed time is a joke these days so any amount of me time if heaven sent. Anyway the movie is so sweet, funny, romantic...... and best of all .... the weddings are great. My dream is to become a wedding planner so this was fun. And it made me so excited for my daughters weddings. I think i may start planning now! would that be crazy? anyway its a good movie.

strawberry pickin

we found a place called Lanes packing co. They are known for their peaches of course but right now strawberries are in season. we love strawberries so we made a day out of it. We picked 14 dollars in strawberries. The girls had so much fun so i guess its worth the money. We got a lot tho and they are beyond juicy. So after that we had lunch at their cafe. Can you say highway robbery? we paid 25 dollars on three salad bars with hardly anything on them! I said from the begining we should pack our lunch and do a picnic but jay said.......... so we spent the money to eat. Then of course the gift shop is a tourist trap for sure, but i only bought a wallet...nothing to do with peaches i know. Jason just had to try the peach ice cream so we spent 12 dollars ice cream. We really did have a good time but when i got home and saw how much we spent when we intended for this to be a cheap day..... gasp. owell. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to take andvantage of it. So when i run out of strawberries.........in a month or so..... we will go back with a picnic.

new hair

summer is coming.... so i decided to chop all my hair off. i always put it in a pony so i wanted something that i could style. i really like it. It already feels like summer here. the temp has been in the 80s this week. Jay wants me to die it darker.... i dont know tho.....

what routine?

trying to find a routine with a new little one has been more difficult than i thought. Nap time has been hard because i would love to have them all down at the same time..... well thats a joke. Maddy goes down without a problem.... peyton only wakes up when its quiet... go figure. and haley... my dear haley has never wanted to take a nap . im lucky if i can get her to have quiet time for more then 30 min. Other then sleep.... we are doing great. Peyton is super easy. she only cries when its time to eat or has diaper issues. Jay has been a huge help at night. My mom is down and she is sleeping in haleys bed... so haley has a mattress in our room. I dont mind her sleeping in my room for now but every night she finds her way into my bed. she acts like a soccer player in her sleep!! i swear she is sleep walking because i talk to her and she doesnt say a word. Maybe she just know how to get over on me..... its likely.... .... All i desire at this point is sleep. everything else has been wonderful. I even managed to cook everyday since ive been home from the hospital so it cant be too bad right? Ive been slacking on working with haley on the preschool stuff. Thats something that we need to find time for. Im sure ill find a routine that works..... maybe

Peyton is here!! We went in on tuesday the 8th to be induced. Everything went really smooth. They started me on pitocin right when i got there. I started feeling contractions at around 11 oclock so i got my epidural. Around 1 oclock the doctor broke my water and at about 1:25 i felt a little pressure so i told the nurse.... she checks and sure enough it was time. well the doctor had left to go back to the office so we had to wait. The nurse seemed a little nervous but i didnt feel anything at all so i didnt even realize it was time. so the doctor arrives and they told me to push...... i push twice and she was out. i was laughing! i didnt feel a thing!!! It was bliss. Anyway enough about me more about the baby. She was 8 lbs and 11 oz!!! Huge right. she is my biggest baby yet. She seems so much smaller then maddy tho. Maybe it was because maddys head was so much bigger! She is happy and healthy. No problems at all. She looks just like jason. It was an easy labor. thanks for the prayers!!

the verdict is....

im going to be induced Tuesday. that is if i dont go into labor before then. pray for me.... im scared
