we found a place called Lanes packing co. They are known for their peaches of course but right now strawberries are in season. we love strawberries so we made a day out of it. We picked 14 dollars in strawberries. The girls had so much fun so i guess its worth the money. We got a lot tho and they are beyond juicy. So after that we had lunch at their cafe. Can you say highway robbery? we paid 25 dollars on three salad bars with hardly anything on them! I said from the begining we should pack our lunch and do a picnic but jay said.......... so we spent the money to eat. Then of course the gift shop is a tourist trap for sure, but i only bought a wallet...nothing to do with peaches i know. Jason just had to try the peach ice cream so we spent 12 dollars ice cream. We really did have a good time but when i got home and saw how much we spent when we intended for this to be a cheap day..... gasp. owell. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to take andvantage of it. So when i run out of strawberries.........in a month or so..... we will go back with a picnic.

Awww that looks like so much fun! I would love to do stuff like that. Once again... dang this desert. Do take a picnic next time. That sounds like so much more fun. I love picnics!
