Poo..... there really is no better title
so i was on the phone with my brother chatting away about potty training. I was saying i didnt think maddy was ready just yet because she gets mad when i put her on the potty. I dont want to push her into it. I was saying i was glad i didnt force haley into it because she hasnt had an accident yet .Just as i was saying all this haley runs into the room saying "she pooped on the couch mommy. Its so horribel. Its so stinky". my heart sinks. i go into the living room to see and there is no poo. i walk into their room and there it is.On her disney princess couch. I was mortified. Not to be graphic but it was a lot. I didnt know if i was going to cry or laugh. Laugh only because i was still on the phone with my brother and he thought the whole situation was hilarious. It was that crazy laugh you know when you are about to go absolutly nuts. See maddy has been going through a phase of taking off her diaper. Does this mean its time for training? Anyway all this happens after a long night of haley throwing up. such fun. the joys of motherhood.

your gonna miss this
Lately ive been wishing things away. Too often i catch myself saying things like " i cant wait till the kids are out of diapers" or "i cant wait till the kids get older so we can do more things". I heard this country song and it really made me stop and think about how much i am going to miss. I just need to remember that there are pros and cons to every age and i need to enjoy these days while i can. Before i know it they will be grown adults and out of the house. Here are the lyrics to that song. They really say alot.
She was staring out the window
Of their SUV
Complaining, saying,
I cant wait to turn 18
She said, "I'll make my own money"
And I'll make my own rules"
Mama put the car in park
Out there in front of the school
And she kissed her head
And said 'I was just like you"
You're going to miss this
You're going to want this back
You're going to wish these days
Hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're going to miss this
Before she knows it
She's a brand new bride
In her one bedroom apartment
And her daddy stops by
He tells her "It's a nice place"
She says "It'll do for now"
Starts talking about babies
And buying a house
Daddy shakes his head
And says "Baby just slow down"
Cause You're going to miss this
You're going to want this back
You're going to wish these days
Hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're going to miss this
Five years later
There's a plumberWorking on the water heater
Dogs barking, phones ringing
One kids crying, one kids screaming
She keeps apologizing
He says "They don't bother me.
I've got two babies of my own.
One's 36, one's 23.
It's hard to believe..."
But You're going to miss this
You're going to want this back
You're going to wish these days
Hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're going to miss this
You're going to miss this
Yeah you're going to miss this

veggie garden
I have no idea how to start a garden but i thought it would be fun to try. Im probably all wrong on the time and season. who knows. i guess i could educate myself and do it right but i opted to just start digging up some dirt and putting the seeds in. I have no clue if they will grow in clay.. Thats all Georgia has! I planted cucumbers the other day and i noticed they have sprouted up. Lets see if anything grows on em. Jason thought it would be fun to do pumpkins but im a little nervous that the vines may take over the yard! Anyway thats my new hobby. Haley enjoys it too. Ill post pics if they grow lol
