The house we had in mind the first time just wasnt going to work for us. so the realitor gave us a few listings and there is this one that is apraised at 133,000 but is selling for 117,500! The house is only 3 years old. Its soooooo stinkin cute and has a huge back yard. Great area and next to the best school in the county. The reason it is so cheap is because its a forclosure. We are going to get the inspection and all just to be safe . Im very nervouse because we have never baught a home before but its a good investment. anyway thats that.
