You gonna eat yo corn bread?

This is what jay and i were saying all day yesterday. I made a pot of chili because i had a new recipe for cornbread that i really wanted to try. Jay and i ate the entire 8x8 pan. It was so yummy. It is really popular amongst us southern folk but i was never crazy about it because it was so dry. O man not this recipe. Allow me to share.

2 boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
8 oz of sour cream
1 can of cream corn

bake at 375 for about 15-20 min.

This recipe calls for a 9x13 pan. I halved the recipe and used an 8x8. Good thing i did that because we would have eaten more then we already had. I promise you will not be let down by this recipe. You must try it.
